Employment & Labor Law

Our attorneys have significant experience in providing employers with the support needed in their businesses, such as training, investigation, and policy and employment contract drafting. More specifically, our attorneys routinely provide workplace training to employees and supervisors. We are often retained to investigate workplace complaints such as harassment and discrimination. Our attorneys also are experienced in assisting employers with specific issues regarding employees such as reasonable accommodations, managing leave and absences, insurance benefit issues, and discipline/termination issues.

Absence Management

Our Workers’ Compensation Law, and Employment Litigation Groups, offer absence management services to our clients to provide creative and practical solutions that help ensure that employers minimize employee absences and assist the employer in efficiently running their business. As part of this service, our attorneys offer advice on issues relating to employee leave, disability, and accommodations, as well as develop programs consistent with other goals of the employer. We pay close attention to providing the best value for our clients, and as part of that value, we respond to day-to-day questions from employers and insurers to ensure that the law is followed and provide some peace of mind to our clients.
