In my more than 25-year-long career, I have guided clients through all aspects of real estate, corporate, finance, and business matters, from the simplest of cases to large and complex matters.

Bio
Patrick Knecht earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from the University of South Dakota in 1993. He then went on to graduate with honors (Thomas Sterling Honor Society) from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
Following his graduation from law school, Patrick served as the law clerk for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court in Mitchell, South Dakota. He then practiced in Sioux Falls for a number of years before accepting a position with the national law firm of Kutak Rock LLP in Omaha, Nebraska.
Patrick then joined Wells Fargo Financial’s legal department in Des Moines, Iowa, where he worked for several years as a senior vice president and the managing attorney for the department’s commercial law/finance section.
In 2004, Patrick returned to practice law in Sioux Falls.
