John P. Mullen
Overview
For almost twenty-five years, John has used his penchant for detail and skills as a zealous advocate to protect the rights of lenders, contractors and other creditors in state and bankruptcy court proceedings and trials. He also represents his business clients in real estate transactions and in asset or stock transfer sales.
John also has significant experience litigating shareholder disputes and post-employment restrictive covenant cases, including non-competition and non-solicitation matters.
