Boyce Law Firm’s Appellate Section is pleased to announce the launch of its new blog, South Dakota Appellate Reporter. The Appellate Section will be publishing posts on the work of the South Dakota Supreme Court, including information regarding the Court’s calendar, summaries of published opinions, and explanations of anticipated and adopted rule changes.
