Boyce Law Firm’s Appellate Section is pleased to announce the launch of its new blog, South Dakota Appellate Reporter. The Appellate Section will be publishing posts on the work of the South Dakota Supreme Court, including information regarding the Court’s calendar, summaries of published opinions, and explanations of anticipated and adopted rule changes. In addition, the Section will be also offer tips for practicing before the Court and statistical analysis of the Court’s docket. The Section’s hope is to provide you and your clients timely updates and helpful insights regarding the Court’s work.
