Tanner Jackson offers clients a “leave no stone unturned” approach to all matters involving trusts and estates. Whether it be tax favorable planning for the future, the orderly disposition of property upon death, or the complexities of trust administration, Tanner’s extensive knowledge and diligence provides families and businesses with meaningful guidance – from execution to legacy.
Tanner was born in the sandhills of central Nebraska and raised on the plains of rural South Dakota. He graduated from Wayne State College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice. While attending Wayne State, Tanner worked as a licensed financial advisor, received numerous awards, was a member of several academic honor societies and captain of the nationally-ranked WSC Men’s Rugby Club.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude and attended the University of South Dakota School of Law where he served as president of the Student Bar Association, competed in national advocacy competitions, and received the Access to Justice Award in recognition of his dedication to providing pro bono services across the state. Tanner earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence with honorable distinction in 2018 and joined the Boyce Law Firm shortly thereafter.
In his free time, Tanner enjoys hiking, biking and camping and adding to his growing practice.
