I am proud to be regarded as one of South Dakota’s top trial attorneys. My practice handles a broad range of civil cases in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, construction, products liability, and commercial litigation. When representing a client, I am committed to diligence and hard work.
Bio
Roger Sudbeck grew up in Yankton, South Dakota and attended South Dakota State University, graduating in 1990 with a degree in economics with high honors. From there, he attended law school at the University of Nebraska where he graduated with distinction in 1993. That same year, he joined the Boyce Law Firm and has practiced with the firm ever since. Roger was named partner in 1999.
He handles a broad range of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, construction defects, products liability, and personal injury. Peers and clients praise his jury appeal and easygoing, likable style, and his skills and integrity are unmatched.
Roger and his wife, Sara, have four children who have been actively involved in high school and collegiate activities and athletics. Outside of his practice, he enjoys his kids’ activities and all forms of outdoor activities including running, hiking, golf, biking, boating, and hunting.
