Joseph M. Dylla

Overview

I joined Boyce Law Firm in April 2025 as part of the commercial litigation team. Over the course of my legal career, I’ve worked in both private practice and as in-house counsel, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the legal challenges businesses face. Most recently, I served as in-house counsel for a financial institution, where I advised on a broad range of legal issues from the client side.

Having been both the lawyer and the client, I’m able to see legal matters from multiple angles and focus on identifying the real issues at hand. I take a level-headed, practical approach to every case and aim to help clients reach solutions that are clear, efficient, and effective.
