Alexander “Zander” Savage specializes in Transactional Law, including the practice areas of Business and Transactions, Real Estate, and Trusts and Estates. During law school, he participated in the Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he offered early stage transactional legal advice and representation to Nebraska’s aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators, and start-up business owners. He worked closely with clients in the areas of entity formation, trademark registration, service agreements, employment contracts, and nondisclosure agreements.
The summer before joining Boyce Law, Zander interned with the firm and spent countless hours working alongside the Boyce Law team. Zander brings a young, fresh perspective to the practice. He is personable, friendly and hardworking, dedicated to doing his job well and getting it right the first time.
Zander grew up in Yankton, South Dakota and aspired to be an FBI Agent. Though this career path did not materialize, his love for the law never wavered. He spent his undergraduate years at the University of South Dakota, where he double majored in Criminal Justice and Psychology, graduating magna cum laude in 2017. His interest in criminal justice and Cornhusker football led him to law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he graduated with distinction and finished in the top 15% of his class.
While in law school, Zander was a Judicial Extern for Chief Judge John M Gerrard, a United States District Court Judge for the District of Nebraska, where he analyzed cases from both sides to determine effective resolution. He also spent time at Bruning Law Group as a law clerk.
Zander has now made a permanent home here in Sioux Falls with his wife, Hanna. He looks forward to serving the Business and Transactions and Trusts and Estates clients at Boyce Law for years to come.
