gases, as well as welding and safety supplies. Meritus is a portfolio company
who has been assembling a national network of high-quality independent
distributors of industrial, medical, a specialty gases, as well as welding and
safety supplies. As partners of Meritus, A-OX and A&B will be part of a larger
organization of over a dozen other distributors that will assist them in servicing
their customers long into the future. Thomas Elliott, the CEO of A-OX and the
Elliott family are maintaining their South Dakota roots and will remain in
