I am passionate about protecting the rights of the clients I serve in an array of civil litigation matters. I find great satisfaction in helping people, irrespective of the exact area of law. My personable approach, combined with my do-the-hard-work attitude, has helped clients during some of their most difficult moments in life.
Bio
David Hieb is a Sioux Falls native and graduate of Roosevelt High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and went on to graduate with honors from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2018. There, he received multiple Outstanding Performance awards, competed nationally with the USD Trial and Moot Court Team, and served as a Moot Court board member.
While in law school, David worked as a summer associate for Evans, Haigh, & Hinton of Sioux Falls, and following graduation, he accepted a law clerk position for the Second Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. In this role, he assisted in trial preparation and helped draft bench memorandums and legal opinions on a variety of complex legal issues. He joined Boyce Law Firm in 2019.
David appreciates a healthy work-life balance, and enjoys remodeling old homes, playing sports, and spending time with his wife and three young sons.
